Optical video receiver and converter unit for Sony Block Cameras

The TL7076 (receiver) interface from AIVION together with the TL7075 (transmitter) allows the transmission of video streams and camera control via one fiber line. The transmission chain supports Sony FCB-EH, EV and the FCB- SE600 type of cameras. This solution is unique in the market. For OEMs, in the broadcast and RUV market having the need to transfer real time streams over long distance the solution is most valuable.

TL7076 Features

  • Optical receiver compliant to SMPTE297M-2006 serial optical 3G/HD video standard
  • Automatic video standard detection
  • Input signal jitter removal
  • SFP transceiver λTX=1550nm, SMF/LC included
  • Reclocked 3G/HD-SDI BNC + MCX coax outputs, format conversion for DVI(HDMI) RGB output + Dual serial control interface (RS232 or 3.3V TTL)
  • Supply voltage: 7V to 12V DC regulated (6V DC maximum with FCB-SE600)
  • All encoded SDI signals are compliant to SMPTE425M/424M/292M/274M/296M standards

Supported Video Standards

The following HDTV video standards are supported by the TL7075/TL7076 transmission solution. Note that video standard availability is always dependent on the capability of the camera block used.

  • 1080p output at 60Hz, 59.94Hz, 50Hz, 30Hz, 29.97Hz and 25Hz
  • 720p output at 60Hz, 59.94Hz, 50Hz, 30Hz, 29.97Hz and 25Hz
  • 1080i output at 60Hz, 59.94Hz and 50Hz
